Quality Improvement Plan

The Quality Improvement plan identifies key quality initiatives currently underway throughout Lady Dunn Health Centre and the performance indicators associated with them. It is one of many tools that supports LDHC's Integrated Quality Management Program and the organizations vision to become a role model for the provision of rural health care in Canada.

The Excellent Care for All Act, which received royal assent in June 2010, requires hospitals to develop an annual Quality Improvement Plan (QIP). This plan reaffirms Lady Dunn Health Centre's commitment to accountability and transparency.
