The Client Concern Process
A concern may be submitted by the client directly or on behalf of the client by a family member, friend, health care provider or Lady Dunn Health Centre employee.
If you have a concern, we want to resolve it as soon as possible:
- Communicate all client concerns with the associated department, where possible.
- If the concern cannot be resolved, it can be forwarded in writing to the Chief Executive Officer.
